A dynamic and energetic facilitator, Dianne has an open and honest style. Her ability to ‘connect’ with others and build rapport allows her to motivate participants and successfully facilitate the change process transforming ‘potential’ into ‘reality’ in the ongoing pursuit of excellence.

Her key focus is to increase productivity through the development of improved organisational capabilities, supported by greater individual performance and accountability.  The principle of development beyond learning provides a strong platform to leverage best practice and continuous improvement at the personal, group and organisational level. 

Degree qualified with double major in Human Resources Development and Communications, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, certified MBTI administrator and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner.

Dianne’s speciality areas include include corporate consulting, organisational change, facilitation and key note presentations, customised training and individual coaching.
