Monique’s experience includes corporate consulting and operational HR in the areas of organisational development, coaching, leadership development, performance management, customised training and facilitation, workforce diversity, employee engagement, reward strategy, attraction and retention, employee benefits, classification, and workforce structure.

She has partnered with a diverse range of clients within the public and private sectors, including multinationals and not-for profit organisations.

Her key focus is empowering people through change. Through the integration of ideas, strategies, policies, values and experiences, Monique has contributed to the attainment of visionary outcomes. Her adaptive communication style and ability to draw out connections and possibilities, has proven powerful in her roles as adviser to executive management through to the implementer at the line level.

Monique’s experience is supported by an Honours Degree in Psychology, Post Graduate qualifications in Management, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She is also a certified Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Master Results Coach and Performance Consultant.
